Orders
An order is confirmed once we've replied with the total and a delivery or pick-up time. Prices on the website are per cookie and may change without notice.
Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer, mobile wallet or cash on pick-up. Large and event orders need a 50% deposit.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order free of charge until 6:00 pm the day before it's baked. Event orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours ahead.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. Each cookie's page lists its allergens; please tell us about any allergies when you order.
